This award recognises internal corporate events held over the past 12 months that have significantly contributed to employee well-being, morale, connection, or culture. Whether focused on mental health, physical wellness, emotional support, work-life balance, or inclusion, the event should reflect a genuine commitment to supporting your people. Judges are looking for innovative and meaningful employee experiences that not only met their intended brief but also inspired engagement, demonstrated care, and made a lasting, measurable impact on well-being. Entry is by a 5-page A4 submission; Please address the key criteria set out below and include any supporting materials, such as photos and videos, within the document. Ensure that any videos are provided in a link format.

  • Event Overview: Summarise your organisation and in-house event team. Describe the purpose of the event, its objectives, the employee audience, and how it aligned with broader well-being, HR, or cultural strategies.
  • Creativity and Innovation:: Share any distinctive or original features of the event. This could include immersive wellness zones, new formats for engagement, interactive content, or hybrid/remote-friendly delivery models designed for inclusivity and accessibility.
  • Delivery and Execution: Outline how the event was delivered, including planning, logistics, coordination across departments, and resolution of any challenges. Emphasise how your team ensured a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Employee Engagement and Feedback: Highlight how employees were involved or engaged throughout the experience. Describe how you fostered participation, psychological safety, openness, and community spirit. Include any direct feedback or anecdotes to illustrate impact.
  • Outcomes and Impact: Present measurable results that show the event’s effectiveness. This could include pre/post engagement scores, employee satisfaction surveys, uptake of well-being services, absenteeism data, retention insights, or anecdotal evidence of improved morale and culture.
  • Sustainable and Inclusive Practices: Detail any efforts to deliver the event in a responsible and inclusive way—such as environmentally conscious planning, accessibility accommodations, or supporting diverse vendors. Include data or examples where relevant.
