This award goes to the event venue that, in the opinion of the judges, takes a spectacular event space and marries it with a great team - front of house, catering and support - to deliver outstanding results on a regular basis. If your venue hosted stellar events in the past 18 months, then we invite you to enter. Eligibility: Events cited in applications should not be corporate in nature. Corporate events are only eligible for the 'Best Corporate Event Venue' award.
- Venue Information: Provide an overview of the venue, including its genesis/history, organisational background, facilities, equipment, technology, capacities, and the flexibility of venue space(s).
- Team Background: Outline the key areas of expertise to be found in the team who run the venue.
- Sample Event(s) Held: Showcase one or more events hosted by the venue over the past 18 months, detailing their scale, type, and unique aspects that demonstrate the venue's capabilities and suitability for diverse event needs.
- Achievements and Unique Selling Points: Highlight the venue's achievements and unique features that distinguish it as a strong candidate for the award. Include innovative ideas implemented, their impact on the business, and feedback received from clients and attendees.
- Sustainable Practices: Outline venue initiatives to enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint. Provide supporting data and describe any sustainable practices implemented during events and their impact.
- Client Testimonials: Share any feedback you may have from clients and attendees, highlighting satisfaction with venue services, facilities, and overall event experience.
